Disappointing Experience Dealing with Peeps in Emergency Room

Yesterday my nephew was rushed to the hospital because my cousin was afraid that my nephew have dengue. I had to leave work early because of that and when I wen to the hospital I went directly to their emergency room to know if my nephew was admitted. To my suprise nobody knew where my nephew is and they sound so sarcastic when they answered my question. I the lady in the front desk to check if my nephew's name is listed and she said yes. I asked where is he and she said my nephew was admitted so I went to admittion. When I went there I saw an old lady and asked to check where is my nephew she tried searching for my nephew on her computer but to my suprise she said "he's not on the list" I went back to the lady in ER and now she had a blank expression on her face and she told me to ask someone else. I asked a nurse who I assume is not doing anything because she's just finished wearing her make up and doesn't looked stressed at all. I asked her "Can you help me find my nephew? His name is ...." and same thing she has blank expression on her face and said "if you can't see him here then he's not here." Good job they call themselves nurses and doctor when they don't even have an idea on what happend to their patient. Hmmm.... is this the kind of service that they offer?  They should not have been a nurse or a doctor if they don't want to be bothered by other people or if they don't want to help people. I even scolded my cousin for going to this public hospital if you have money you're better off to private hospital because in public hospital like East Avenue you'll be so frustrated.
